What is a registration code? When you purchase any subscription you will be able to login to your account and then assign those seats to your staff member through registration codes. Each code is unique to the staff members email address.
How soon do I get access to my training subscription? When you purchase any subscription, access is granted instantly.
How long will my subscription be valid? All annual subscriptions are valid for a full calendar year and renew on your anniversary date. Your calendar year starts the day you purchase and ends 365 days from that date. Please note that the training courses included in any subscriptions are not transferable to the next year.
Will I receive a receipt of purchase? Once you purchase any subscription, you will receive an email receipt.

Can I receive a refund any school subscription? All school subscription purchases are final and nonrefundable.
For the School Subscription(s), How do I assign registration codes to my staff members? At your convenience, you can assign training registration codes to different staff members throughout the calendar year. Based on your staff training needs, you can assign the training registration code by entering in the staff name and email address. This will automatically assign the staff the selected training and send them an email alert with the training details. Assigning staff to your school account - when assigning the registration code the staff member will be place under your school account. Once a staff is assigned to your school account you will be able to send their training completion report and print certificates.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please email us at info@eliteresultsnow.com at least 7 days before your renewal date to avoid automatic renewal for the next billing cycle."
